FleetKestrel is a product of LabFactory AI LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("LabFactory," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use FleetKestrel.com and the FleetKestrel platform (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Application and account information: When you apply for early access or create an account, we collect first and last name, email address, primary Turo market, fleet size, Turo profile URL, hosting tenure, fleet management challenges (free-form text), co-host status, and approximate annual payout.
Fleet and financial data: Once you are granted access and begin using the platform, we collect the fleet intelligence data you enter, including vehicle information (make, model, year, acquisition cost), cost structure inputs (insurance, financing, maintenance reserves), Turo receipt history and payout records you submit, and trip-level data derived from your submissions.
Communications: If you contact us for support or submit feedback, we retain those communications to help resolve issues and improve the Service.
When you visit FleetKestrel.com or use the platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect browser type and version, device type and operating system, IP address, pages visited and time spent, referring URL, and actions taken within the platform.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or process your full credit card details. Your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We work with third-party service providers who process information on our behalf. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Payment processing: Payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. LabFactory AI LLC does not store your full payment card details.
Other service providers: We use additional third-party providers for hosting, application intake, AI-powered platform features, analytics, error monitoring, and other operational infrastructure. When we engage such providers, we require them to handle your information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Cross-border processing: Some of our service providers may process your information in the United States or in other countries where they or their infrastructure operate. Information processed in another country may be subject to the laws and lawful access requests of that country. We require all service providers to process your information only for the purposes we authorize and to protect it through contractual or other appropriate safeguards. LabFactory AI LLC remains responsible for personal information transferred to third-party processors on our behalf.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
If LabFactory AI LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account information and fleet data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by contacting us at support@fleetkestrel.com.
Upon a verified deletion request: your personally identifiable information (name, email address, Turo profile URL, and account credentials) will be deleted within 30 days. Fleet data and analytics submitted under your account will be anonymized — stripped of direct and indirect identifiers such that the remaining information cannot reasonably be linked to you or your specific vehicles — and retained in anonymized aggregate form as part of our benchmark intelligence dataset. Anonymized data cannot be re-linked to you after deletion.
We retain this anonymized, non-identifiable data because it contributes to the accuracy of the market benchmarks that benefit all FleetKestrel users.
Deletion requests do not require us to delete information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, tax, billing, security, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute resolution purposes. Payment records maintained by Stripe are subject to Stripe's own retention obligations and are not within our control to delete.
If you cancel your subscription without requesting deletion, your account data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, inactive accounts are subject to anonymization under the same process described in Section 4.2.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and use of infrastructure-level security provided by our hosting provider.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously and will notify you of any breach affecting your personal information as required by applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information: access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to certain uses.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us at support@fleetkestrel.com and we will delete it promptly.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
